Resumen: Operative Design highlights a series of spatial explorations through active operations using three-dimensional volumes. This catalogue formalizes the relationship between volumes by way of combinations and aggregations, and presents interpretive implementations of this methodology through the example of several built projects. Conditional Design builds on this process, focusing on the implications of such moves as they direct architectural opportunities - creating connections between volumes, openings, and how a massing relates to the ground plane. Both books inspire working iteratively to create varied spatial opportunities using a clear toolkit of verbs as a starting point
