N2  - Este libro ha estado en gestación desde hace varios años. Mis responsabilidades diarias - primero como diplomático de trabajo para mi país y más tarde como miembro de la Secretaria de las Naciones Unidas - equipo de dirección del General Kofi Annan en Nueva York - me impidieron ponerse a la tarea de transferir el libro en la cabeza a un escrito formulario.
